1、淡奶1000毫升,高汤1000毫升,鲜虾4尾,鱼板片,鸡胸肉50克,洋葱半粒,鲜香菇数朵,红萝卜半根,豌豆适量,玉米笋适量。鸡精2小匙,雀巢鸡汤块1块。

2、将鲜虾洗净,鸡胸肉切片,红萝卜切片,鲜香菇切十字备用。

3、将高汤及淡奶煮开当作锅底,加入所有材料及调味料即可。
