1、引体向上是常见的锻炼方法之一,练习引体向上首先要注意握杠略比肩宽一点,然后背阔肌发力,手臂二头肌辅助发力,慢慢向上拉。

2、拉的时候肩胛骨要注意内收,达到高度后手臂和肩胛肌肉发力缓慢下降。引体向上每次做3-8组,每组做10个,每组间休息1分钟,一周锻炼2次左右即可。
