一周爬山1-2次,再配合其它运动,减肥效果会更好。虽然爬山消耗卡路里效果不错,但是最好不要每天爬山超过两小时,这样容易导致小腿肌肉长期处于紧张充血状态,每天爬山还容易变成粗壮的肌肉腿,影响腿型线条。
