1、锻炼腹肌的动作到位即可,不是做得越多越好

2、把一个动作重复做上100遍,就能够得到比做50遍好1倍的效果。健身不是单纯的量的累计,而应该重视质的变化。以“船长椅”器械训练为例,许多人都会连续做上几十个,直到大汗淋漓气喘吁吁才不得不停下来。资深的健身教练认为,腹肌的训练关键是动作要到位,而且需要适当的停顿,最好以15个动作为1组,每次做2~3组就可以了。
