酥蚵仔卷

1、材料:蚵仔1/2斤,绞肉1/2斤,韭黄4两,春卷皮1/2斤(20张),油葱酥适量,盐1/4小匙,五香粉1/4小匙,糖1/2小匙,胡椒粉少许。

2、韭黄切碎,拌入绞肉中,再加入蚵一起搅拌。

3、调味料先调好,再倒入绞肉中拌匀。

4、春卷皮摊平,将馅肉包入,卷起。

5、起油锅,加油至七分热。

6、春卷口若有潮湿,可沾些太白粉再下锅油炸。约炸5分钟即可盛起。
