1、猫式伸展,手支撑于肩垂直下方,大腿与地面垂直,用力收缩腹部肌肉使背部拱,收缩腰背部肌肉使腹部往下贴,以此重复12次。

2、起臀卷腹,屈腿仰卧,臂部发力使骨盆后倾并稍微抬离地面,保持躯干稳定,腹部发力使肩上抬,同时下降臀部及肩部,以此重复10次。

3、收腹平板支撑,手肘在肩垂直下方做平板支撑,双收缩腹部以及臀部肌肉,使骨盆后倾,腰部拉平,保持此姿势完成30秒。
