焦米粥

1、食材:粳米适量,白砂糖适量。

2、粳米淘洗干净,用冷水浸泡半小时,捞出,沥干水分。

3、坐锅点火,放入粳米,炒至焦黄后取出备用。

4、另取一碗,加入约1000毫升冷水,将焦米放入,先用旺火烧沸,再改用小火熬煮成粥,最后下入白糖拌匀,即可盛起食用。
