1、首先身体仰卧于地垫上,膝部屈曲成90度左右,脚部平放在地上,两腿并拢,两手上举,手抱住,耳朵或者交叉放在胸口,利用腹肌收缩,两臂向前摆动,迅速成坐姿,上体继续前屈,两手触脚面,低头;

2、然后还原成坐姿。如此连续进行。
