3、中距离俯卧撑,手臂撑开的距离大于肩宽一尺,主要锻炼胸大肌中部、三角肌前束和肱三头肌;

4、窄距俯卧撑,手臂撑开的距离小于肩宽,主要锻炼三角肌前束、肱三头肌和胸大肌内侧。
