1、小腿肌肉指的主要是腓肠肌,功能是屈曲踝关节,锻炼方法,主要就是踮脚动作。第一个是站姿垫脚,这个相对简单,也很有效,重复此动作大概20次为一组,每天15组以上。

2、还有一个是坐姿踮脚,训练者坐在凳子上面,双脚着地,膝盖上放重物,哑铃或其他东西,重量视个人情况而定,双手托着,防止其滑落,然后双脚垫起脚尖到最高点,感受小腿肌肉紧绷的状态,然后坚持四秒慢慢放下,重复动作30次。
