鹿茸怎样加工

1、 春季或初夏雄鹿长出新角尚未角化时,将角锯下或用快刀砍下,称为锯茸或砍茸。将鹿茸在沸水中略为烫过,晾干,再烫再晾,至积血排尽为度,将鹿茸的茸毛用刀或玻璃刮掉,再用火慢慢烧燎,边燎边刮,最后用清水刷洗茸皮至干净或以瓷片或玻璃片刮净后,置密闭容器放阴凉干燥处保存。

2、将处理好的鹿茸的封口时的结痂,然后把50度以上的白酒灌入其中,用毛巾或湿布把整个茸裹严放置一夜,次日鹿茸变软后,用刀具横切,茸片切的越薄越好,摆放在纸上,晾干后防潮湿,保管备用。
