有氧往返跑技巧

1、快跑至终点时,一般为终点前2~3米,略微降低跑速,降低自身重心,跑至终点,侧身面对终点线或标志物,左下肢成屈蹲。

2、右下肢延伸至终点线处(或稍前处)制动并准备做蹬地起跑,上体下压,用脚触线(或用手碰倒标志物)后,上体转向前进方向,右脚迅速蹬地起跑,继续向前快速跑进。
