大蒜烧鸭

1、食材:鸭1500克、大蒜(白皮)50克

2、做法:将鸭宰杀,去毛及内脏,用清水洗净备用。

3、大蒜去皮洗净,装入鸭腹内,扎好口,放入锅内加水适量烧熟即可。

4、大蒜烧鸭是以鸭为主料制作的药膳。焖烧的方式,简单入味,肉香味浓。
