雪蛤炖蛋

1、原料:鸡蛋1个,雪蛤适量。

2、把雪蛤泡开,隔水蒸熟。

3、煮开冰糖,倒入雪蛤里面,再炖半小时,放进冰箱,备用。

4、鸡蛋、糖、牛奶拌匀,隔水蒸熟。

5、等鸡蛋凉了,再放上雪蛤即可。

6、提示:雪蛤要提前一天把它泡开,清理里面的杂质。冰糖比较滋润,而且不腻,比黄糖要好。鸡蛋一定要用保鲜膜封好,再隔水用武火蒸30分钟。
