练习方式:

站在篮筐下,面对篮板,与篮板平行,往后退一步,只用一只手,借助篮板,把球打进,然后走到另一边,用另一只手重复动作。站在左边就用左手,右边就用右手,一直到连续进十个,然后换成左边用右手,右边用左手,各进10个,做两组即可;三步上篮,从三分线起步,运一下球,先练左边左手,右边右手,而后反过来,左边用右手,右边用左手,而后练中路左手,中路右手,同样,各进十个,做两组即可;力量和增肌训练:卧推、深蹲极限力量的训练和增加体重的增肌训练;反应速度训练:变速跑或者短跑中的起跑、弹力带、举重等爆发
