1、55岁这个年纪正是体质开始加速下滑的时候,不适合进行高强度运动,慢跑还行,跳绳看体重,如果体重过大还是免了,太极拳或慢舞或者也很不错。

2、55岁的年纪,一般早晚运动0.5-1小时比较好,运动前不要空腹锻炼,容易导致低血糖,因此老人运动前要适量进食,运动过程中注意补充水分,避免因缺糖缺水而影响身体健康。
