运动完后很难入睡的原因和解决办法:

1、运动有益睡眠,但是睡前做运动则会降低睡眠质量,临近入睡,应该避免做剧烈运动,大量出汗,睡前肢体处于兴奋状态,体温过高,都会降低睡眠质量;

2、睡前可以用按摩,做瑜伽等方式放松肌肉,做一些伸展性放松性运动促进睡眠,试着听一些舒缓的音乐,洗个热水澡,喝杯热牛奶,尤其是锻炼之后做拉伸,让身体放松下来,可以有助于睡眠。
