投射电镜和扫描电镜的异同

透射电镜使用的信号是forward scattering electrons,而扫描电镜使用的是backward scattering electrons,前者分辨率较后者高,如2010能够达到2、3nm左右,可得到高分辨率图像,观察位错孪晶等,而后者一般用于观察样品表面形貌,由于扫描电镜景深较大,所以图像立体感强,此外,投射电镜很大一部分时间都花在样品的制备上了,做到几十个微米薄;而相比较扫描电镜样品制备较简单。
