按如下方法:

常规练习基础的同时,练习投篮的姿势,有的说只要能投进就行,姿势不重要,但是一开有个标准的姿势,到以后能打好基础。

上半身动作方法:以右手投篮为例,右手五指自然分开,手心空出,用指根以上部位持球,大拇指和小拇指控制球体,左手扶球的左侧,右手屈肘,肘关节自然弯曲,置球于右肩上方。

下半身动作方法:两脚左、右或前后开立,两膝微屈,重心落在两脚上。投篮时,下肢蹬地发力,右臂向前上方伸直,手腕前屈,食、中指用力拨球,通过指端将球投出。球出手的同时,身体随投篮动
