仰卧举腿伸直腿技巧

1、身体平躺在垫子上,头部和上身固定在垫子上,双腿并拢伸直,如果刚开始训练可以微屈,难度会减小,双臂伸直,掌心朝下放于地面。

2、过程然后深吸气,呼气时下腹部用力双腿抬起。垂直地面的程度停住,然后深吸气下落,下落到双腿离地面两拳的距离然后再次抬起。

3、每次可以根据腹肌的水平调整练习次数和组数,最少做到20次,有一定水平以后逐渐增加次数,达到每组30-40次,效果最佳。每次练习做3-4组。
