锻炼手臂力量最简单的方式,是通过哑铃、其他重物的负重训练达到增加力量的目的。此外还可以通过做俯卧撑和引体向上锻炼肱二头肌,以达到增加手臂力量的作用。需要注意的是做俯卧撑时身体必须保持一条直线,双臂放在胸部位置,两手间距要窄于肩膀。
