快速俯卧撑,专练手臂爆发力。卡表练习,一分钟快速俯卧撑不停,直到精疲力尽;百米跑,勤练百米跑,提高下肢爆发力;爆发拳击,戴上拳击套,以免受伤,对准沙袋进行一轮不停歇的狂打,不停击打三分钟,且三分钟之内不能停,直到结束。力求每一下都竭尽全力的攻击。
