1、握住一个哑铃,站直身体,手臂伸直在身体前方,手肘稍微弯曲,背部挺直。这是起始姿势。

2、将另一只手完全伸直,放在腰的一侧或者抓住旁边的一个坚固物。

3、使用一侧肩膀将哑铃拎起,拎起哑铃时应紧挨身体,将哑铃继续向上提拉,直到它和下巴在同一水平线上。

4、保持躯干静止不动,在提拉到顶部时,暂停片刻。然后将哑铃缓慢的降回初始位置。
