1、锻炼肩部三角肌简单有效的动作,要点如下:双脚轻微分开站立,背部挺直。

2、双臂手抓哑铃与身体垂直,向两侧平举哑铃至肩平宽。

3、锻炼三角肌以及斜方肌,要点如下:挺直坐于板凳,掌心向前抓举哑铃至双肩,向上推举哑铃。

4、锻炼下半身肌肉群,要点如下:双脚轻微分开站立,背部挺直,双臂手抓哑铃与身体垂直,屈膝慢慢蹲下至大腿然后缓慢回蹬。
