1、在酸性条件下,乙醛被氧化为乙酸,溴水被还原为溴化氢;

2、在碱性条件下,乙醛与溴水反应,生成甲酸,碱性条件下为甲酸根和三溴甲烷,丙醛无此反应,碱性条件下丙醛被氧化成丙酸,碱性条件下是丙酸根,溴被还原为溴离子。
