短跑的训练方法

1、练习短跑不宜训练过猛,要循序渐进,肌肉适应训练阶段,大概需要一周时间。

2、第二周,运动前一定进行慢跑热身,以防运动受伤,练习短跑方法有:交叉腿踏台阶,要快速,提高小腿肌肉力量,每日分五组做。

3、高抬腿,送胯练习,跨步幅度一定要大,加大摆臂幅度,跑步姿势要标准,腰上挂弹簧绳向前拉,提高腰腹力量。

4、蛙跳二十米后加速跑,提高肌肉爆发力,运动员间追逐赛,提高训练趣味。
