红烧鲟鱼

1、主料:鲟鱼。

2、辅料:葱,姜、盐、料酒、蒸鱼豉油、红烧汁。

3、鲟鱼宰杀干净,据说里面的内脏非常好,所以没扔,只去除苦胆,本来也不认识,有指甲大小呈深绿色的感觉应该是了就摘除了。

4、把鱼剁成块,放入姜,葱,盐,料酒,蒸鱼豉油腌制半小时。

5、锅里热油,下鱼煎,倒入红烧汁放一碗水,十分钟后就熟了。
