胃胀方法

1、画圆按摩胃周用清凉的薄荷油(万金油、白花油),沿著胃部画圆按摩。

2、做简易的舒缓运动蹲下以手环抱屈曲双腿,将大腿贴近肚子,有助于肠胃消化、解除胃部闷胀感。

3、嗳气排气胀气时多走动,嗳气或排气,让肠胃保持弹性,毫不要催吐,会导致胃食道逆流。起来走一走,能嗳气或排气更好。

4、喝帮忙消化的茶类薄荷、柑橘类的、草本类的茶能助消化。
