蒜蓉煎虾

1、材料:鲜虾、蒜、植物油、生抽。

2、鲜虾去头尾、壳,挑泥肠,洗净滴干水。

3、准备多多的蒜蓉(独头蒜比较香),热锅落油放入一半的蒜蓉爆香,中火即可以免蒜蓉变焦。

4、倒入虾仁一粒粒铺开煎,不要叠成一堆,翻面接着煎,倒入适量生抽调味,不必放盐。

5、将剩下的另一半蒜蓉倒入锅里和虾仁一起炒匀,如果汁多的话要把汁收干些就可以出锅装盘了。
