2、保持拉伸20-30秒,深呼吸。然后换条腿重复。臀大肌和股四头肌可以支撑并加强腰肌。为了拉伸这些肌肉,当你做半跪式拉伸动作时,手向后伸,将后腿的脚朝着臀部抬起。每天做2到3次这样的拉伸运动即可。
