1、初步练习,双手扶池边,做漂浮动作练习收腿。

2、收腿的动作是膝盖朝向身体两侧,屈膝收腿,将腿收到和髋关节平行(根据个人的柔韧性)并勾脚尖,冲向身体侧后方准备蹬夹动作。

3、当收腿勾脚尖动作完成时,大腿发力,向身体的侧后方用力蹬水和夹水(力量不要过猛),完成后两腿并拢。重复多次练习。
